1987年開始從事中國水墨畫創作及教授書畫，
潛心於中國水墨畫的研究與創作，逐漸形成了
獨特的精筆山水畫派風格。擅中國山水畫、西
畫、雕塑。至今個人畫展數十餘次，多次參加
世界各地國際性藝術博覽會展出及國際藝術拍
賣。作品廣受臺灣公家機關、世界各地美術館
和私人收藏。現任：臺灣精筆山水畫院院長、
黃金漢唐藝術特約書畫家、臺中市綠竹文化藝
術推展協會顧問、臺灣霧峰林家宮保第國藝術
中心首任院長、臺灣霧峰林家林祖密將軍紀念
協進會常務理事。
In 1987, Mr. Liao began working as an artist of chinese ink
painting as well as a teacher of painting and calligraphy.
Fully committed to research and creation of chinese
ink painting, he gradually developed his own style of
closely-knitted brushwork landscape painting. He is
skilled at chinese landscape portraits, western painting
and sculpture. He has held over 10 solo exhibitions and
participated in numerous international art exhibitions
and auctions throughout the world. His works are widely
accepted by Taiwanese public institutions, fine arts
museums throughout the world, and by personal collectors.
His current positions include: director of the Taiwan School
of Closely-Knitted Brushwork Painting, special arrangement
painter/calligrapher for Golden Hang Tang Dynasties
Art, advisor for the Green Bamboo Painting Association
in Taichung, the first director of the Wufeng Lin Family
Mansion and Garden Art Center, managing director for the
General Lin Zumi Memorial Board at Wufeng Lin Family
Mansion and Garden.
