Cai, Qing-Zhang
Mr. Cai obtained his master’s degree in Fine
Arts from Fontbonne University in the United
States. He served as a college instructor
for 10 years. He was the chairperson of the
Taichung City Art Education Society, and
Numatou Art Association. Now, he is a full-
time professional artist. Recognized as
an Outstanding Senior Artist Award from
Taichung City Government in 2021.
