                                                                                                          Wu, Qiu-Ji
                                                                                                          A graduate of National Taiwan Normal University’s
                                                                                                          Department of Fine Arts, Mr. Wu has been in the
                                                                                                          art field for more than 60 years. He participated in
                                                                                                          the 11th Art Inheritance Taichung County Artist’s
                                                                                                          Relay Exhibition, and has been invited to hold a solo
                                                                                                          exhibition at Taipei City Hall Famous Gallery for three
                                                                                                          months. His works won the Award of Merit in both oil
                                                                                                          painting and watercolor in Taipei Fine Arts exhibition.
                                                                                                          He participated in the 2013 Beijing Art Exhibition and
                                                                                                          has held exhibitions all over Taiwan. His outstanding
                                                                                                          artwork won a First Prize at the Seoul International
                                                                                                          Art Exhibition, a Gold Medal Award at the Bangkok
                                                                                                          Overseas Chinese Color and Ink Exhibition, and won
                                                                                                          several awards globally. The chairman of the Taichung
                                                                                                          County Art Association and Xiute Art Association.
                                                                                                          He has been a juror (watercolor painting category)
                                                                                                          for the Arts Exhibition of Taiwan Central. The Social
          ᜳΈ ഛΈ  The Divine Light, Virtuous Light  54Ò45cm(10F)  2022                                     Education Center of Central Taiwan invited him to
                                                                                                          give talks on a tour. He has published numerous
                                                                                                          art collections, the Yun Yi Magazine, and a poem
                                                                                                          collection, making him renowned at home and abroad.
                                                                                                          He awarded with a World Outstanding Chinese Artists
                                                                                                          Award and Cultural Contribution Award by the Chinese
                                                                                                          Authorities. He is 30-year distinguished honorary
                                                                                                          member of the Middle Taiwan Fine Arts Association.
