                                                                                                             Guo, Jin-Lian
                                                                                                             Ms. Guo holds a master’s degree in
                                                                                                             Arts and Craft Education from National
                                                                                                             Hsinchu University of Education. Her
                                                                                                             works have won First Prizes Award in
                                                                                                             the oil painting category at the 1990
                                                                                                             Taiwan  Provincial  Civil  Officers Art
                                                                                                             Exhibition, and Third Prize at the 1991
                                                                                                             Taiwan  Provincial  Civil  Officers Art
                                                                                                             Exhibition. She has also been invited to
                                                                                                             participate in art exhibitions organized
                                                                                                             by many cultural centers since 1991.
                                                                                                             She is a retired principal from Shinshe
                                                                                                             Elementary School and was president of
                                                                                                             the Taichung Chinese Painting Research
                                                                                                             Association.
