                                                   ͭාू߅Ҧɽኪਖ਼΂઺બࡒᖵஔʕː˴΂fɘ´ϋ˾ಀ                 Mr. Chen graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in creative arts from Wollongong
                                                   ΂ᖵஔʕːਓଣeᖵஔ઺ԃਿږึ௴ึਓੂБڗdԨ՘                 University. He is currently a full-time professor at the National Chin-Yi University

                                                                                            of an art center, founding deputy chief executive of an art education foundation,
                                  €ߵਃ             ࢝̈i1993ϋڮϓၽᝄၾዦɽлԭዝϋԸୋɓϣՇ਷࿁               and assisted in negotiations with Xu Beihong Memorial Museum in Beijing and
                                                                                            French Impressionist Exhibition to exhibit in Taiwan. In 1993 he facilitated the first-

                                                                                            In 1989 he held his first solo exhibition in an United States cultural center; he
                                                                                            has held over 20 solo exhibitions at home and abroad. He has participated in
