In 2019, we welcomed The Coloradan to our Denver portfolio
which already included the entire Riverfront Park area with multiple residential and commercial buildings. The Coloradan has 334 residential units and 14 commercial units including retail and office space while also providing an intersection of community, lifestyle and dynamic social experiences steps from the amenity of the city.
In Charleston, South Carolina, the new Gadsden property was added to the portfolio which also includes luxury condominium properties such as One Vendue Range and Tides IV.
