TIMESHARE/FRACTIONAL MANAGEMENT
Working with nearly 11,000 timeshare and fractional owners, East West Hospitality specializes in the management of associations and rental programs
for legacy resorts that are no longer under developer control. We provide leadership for property and resort operations, maintenance and capital projects, and our financial systems and analysis team supports the successful operation of each property. We also created a stand-alone program to manage the resale of timeshare weeks for our owners in the Vail area.
