With our current management of hotel and resort properties comes extensive food and beverage operations. East West Hospitality is currently engaged with 8 restaurant operations as well as 2 extensive banquet operations in Colorado. Food and Beverage operations started over 10 years ago with the opening of Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa and have evolved with our involvement in Viceroy Snowmass. Additionally, our partnership with Richard Sandoval restaurant group has allowed us to partner with some of the best restaurateurs in the industry keeping our focus and innovation at the forefront of culinary and operational trends.
