The Nicholls Stevens Team


            Managing Director
                                            Nicholls Stevens  is run by its  Managing Director,  Carole Nicholls.
                                            Carole is qualified as a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) and
                                            is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). She is a Chartered
                                            and Certified Financial Planner and authorised to give pension transfer
                                            advice. She has served as a National President of the Personal Finance
                                            Society and as a Director of the Professional Body.  Carole has written a
                                            number of books on the topic of financial planning and frequently lectures
                                            on the subject.    She has been a finalist in the Woman IFA of the year
                                            award and winner of  a number of  Money Management  Awards:
                                            Inheritance Tax Planner of the  year in 2013,  2016 and 2018 and  ‘At
                                            Retirement Adviser of the  Year’  in  2016.  Nicholls Stevens  Financial
                                            Services have appeared in the New Model Adviser Annual Survey as one
                                            of the Top 100 IFAs in the UK numerous times over the past 5 years.

            Directors

            Philippa Hann      Non-Executive Director – Philippa is an equity partner of a large national firm of lawyers
                               and fully qualified

            Hannah Nicholls    Non-Executive Director – fully qualified

            Peter Thomas       Non-Executive Director – fully qualified

            Sam Cardy          Operations Director – fully qualified

            New Client Team

            Shelley Martin     Office Manager, Carole’s PA and member of the management team

            Lauren Cater        Lauren carries out research and prepares recommendation reports for new clients

            Lee Nutland        Head of implementation of all new investments and dealing. He is assisted by Maddy

            Existing Business Team

            Sam Cardy          Sam is the operations Director, head of the existing business team and a member of the
                               management team. The existing business team pick up on all queries and prepare client
                               valuations and reports including CGT and tax information for Trustees and clients’ tax
                               advisers. This is the hub of technical information for clients.  He is assisted by Alex, Nikki,
                               Vicki, Samantha & Matt. Sam, Vicki and Matt are all authorised to give financial advice.
                               Vicki also deals with our mortgage and Probate work.  Ellie also works in Sam’s team and
                               you will most likely speak with her on the telephone

            Carol Rowson       Head of Pensions Department

            Other Roles

            Victoria Fletcher   Victoria is a member of the management team carries out all the fund research work in
                               collaboration with Carole

            Charlotte Nicholls  Charlotte is company secretary and a member of the management team. She runs all the
                               Defined Benefit Pension Schemes, including the Secretary to the Trustees role. She is also
                               responsible for the administration of Tax Returns, Powers of Attorney, Will writing and
                               our special services of ‘Money and Asset care.’

            Matt Haynes        Matt is responsible for employee training and co-ordinator of client communications.
