efficient recruitment process.
Streamlining Virtual Interviews: Mobile App Downloading Guide
Microsoft Teams is a powerful collaboration and communication tool that enables remote teams to
work together seamlessly. To download and use the Microsoft Teams app on your mobile device, please
follow the simple steps below:
» Open the App Store on your mobile device.
» Search for “Microsoft Teams” in the search bar.
» Select the Microsoft Teams app from the list of search results.
» Click on the “Get” or “Download” button to start the download process.
» If prompted, enter your username and password.
» Once the app is downloaded and installed on your device, launch the app.
» Sign in using your MIL Microsoft account, which is the same account you use for other Microsoft
products like Office 365, Outlook, or OneDrive.
» Once you’re signed in, you can start using Microsoft Teams seamlessly to join virtual interviews.
You can also find the manual for enrolling mobile devices in Intune (scroll down to page 26).
The instructions do not include installing Teams specifically, but Teams can be installed from the
“Company Portal” app, along with other Microsoft apps like Outlook, etc. It’s just like installing it from
the Apps store but we’re using the company portal app instead.
Having the app on your mobile device is particularly helpful during the interview process. If you are
working at a government site with restricted access to your MIL account, participating in the virtual
interview process can be challenging. However, by downloading the Microsoft Teams app on a mobile
phone or tablet, team members can join the interview virtually from anywhere, making it more
accessible and convenient.

Recruiting Events Calendar
The managers’ page now features a calendar of recruiting events that provides information on
upcoming events, such as job fairs and career expos, which our company will attend. This calendar is a
valuable resource for our managers to stay informed about recruitment opportunities and to plan their
participation accordingly. By attending these events, we can connect with potential candidates, build
our talent pipeline, and promote our organization as an employer of choice.
