One of our members, Jacquelyn Fischer, is also being joined by her leadership to participate in the Employer
Support of the Guard and Reserve program on her unit’s Boss Flight in NY. MIL is proud to be a supporting
partner of this program and MIL President Marisa Daley signed the letter of support during the October New Hire
        Luncheon in Tysons.

Future events and initiatives will include the Toys for Tots toy drive; resume support resources for employees who
are recently retired or separated from the military; and professional development and networking opportunities for
        all MIL veterans and retirees.

The group is open to all active guard/reserve, retired, veteran, spouse, or ally of our military veterans at MIL. If you
would like to join us, we meet every other Monday at 2:30 pm (EST). To participate, please complete this form and
an invite will be sent to you.

The success of our Veteran ERG highlights the value of creating spaces where employees can come together to
celebrate their unique backgrounds and contribute to the broader success of the organization. It’s not just about
support—it’s about leveraging the diverse talents and perspectives that enrich our workplace.

We’re excited to continue this journey with more ERGs in the future, as we look to foster a stronger, more inclusive
        environment for all employees!
