Welcome Breanna!


                                    Meet Breanna Kurtz, the HR Business Partner and MIL Team Lead supporting our
                                    Southern Maryland teams. Breanna brings a robust background in HR cultivated
                                    through roles at AVIAN and BAE after relocating from Ohio to SOMD in 2018. With a
                                    focus on payroll, HRBP, and compliance roles supporting the intelligence community,
                                    Breanna is currently pursuing a master’s degree at UMGC while cherishing family
                                    life. As a dedicated parent to a 12-year-old athlete, a lively 2-year-old fascinated by
                                    dinosaurs and monster trucks, and hosting an exchange student from Italy this year,
                                    Breanna values diverse experiences and a balanced approach between work and home.

                                    At MIL, Breanna champions a dynamic workplace, prioritizing employee growth
                                    and aligning it with the company’s vision. Passionate about fostering engagement
                                    and retention and offering strategic HR guidance, Breanna’s diverse background
                                    and ongoing educational pursuits equip her to serve as a trusted advisor, navigating
                                    complex situations with finesse. Breanna is excited to collaborate and contribute to
                                    MIL’s success and is eager to build a thriving workplace environment.
