Mental health disabilities often have stigma attached inside and outside of the workplace. It is
difficult to assist and accommodate what cannot be seen. However, accommodations must be
considered without judgement, just as with physical disabilities.
Accommodations are any change in the work environment or in the way things are customarily
done that enables an individual with a disability to enjoy equal employment opportunities. Your
dedicated Human Resources Business Partner can assist managers/supervisors and employees
with mental health disabilities in the interactive process to explore and implement effective
accommodations.

Important dates
Individual Development Plan (IDP) Quarterly Updates:
IDP quarterly updates are due September 30th and December 31st. Please schedule one on one
sessions with your team members to ensure they’re staying on track to reach their milestones and
