The Cisco Clan descended from JAMES, son of THOMAS FOY. Many of the
other FOYs who came to Texas descended from one or the other of the four
brothers of JAMES discussed above and, IF IN FACT these men were brothers
of JAMES FOY, all those folks who descended from them and came to Texas
are relatives to those of us in the Cisco Clan.
