The Universal Challenges
• Every organisation aspires to retain the best talents for the success of the enterprise but ends up
losing them owning budget constraints and competitor’s strategy for talent acquisition.
• Large organisations are dependent on conventional methods of recruitment where the
recruitment consultant has limited technical or project management exposure thus reducing the
process to ‘body shopping’ which effectively generates gaps in estimated skills and deployed
skills, causing additional budget to complete the project during execution.
• Traditional HR mobilisation strategy often failed to meet the organisations project execution
strategy due to non-availability of right resources during selections and HR and technical experts
are forced to “choose the best from available” which often trigger productivity and quality
compromise during production or execution of projects.
• Human resource selection and deployment is considered as a very easy to execute and
lucrative business hence large number of enterprises are in existence without any technical
support or experience to execute the business that is detrimental to client’s business process.
