Glossary

Chomp (v): to chew food noisily.

Favourite (adj): best liked or most enjoyed.

Hopped (v2 hop): to jump on one foot or to

move about in this way.

Happy (adj): feeling, pleasure or satisfaction.

Walked (v2 walk): to move along by putting

one foot in front of the other.

Hungry (adj): wanting or needing food/

Remembered (v2 remember): to be able to

bring back a piece of information into your

mind.

Poison (n): a substance that can make

people or animals ill or kill them if they eat or

drink it.
