Ingredients
•
1 tsp of olive oil
•
½ packet of bolognese sauce (leftover
or store bought)
•
1 potato
•
½ cup of mozzarella cheese
•
Salt and pepper for taste
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Wash and dry the potato. Tip: Don’t peel the potato.
Coat the potato in olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Bake for 20-30 minutes
until golden.
Cut cross in the middle of the potato and squeeze gently to make a pocket. Continue
to bake for another 10 minutes until the potato is tender.

5 Add the sauce in the pocket, cheese on top and bake until cheese has melted.
