Ingredients
•
1 egg
•
½ cup of shredded cheese
•
1 tsp of butter
Optional:
•
½ cup of bacon
•
½ cup of chicken
•
½ cup of tomato
•
½ cup of hash brown
•
½ cup of onion
•
½ cup of spring onion
•
½ cup of spinach
•
1 bag of side salad
Cut all optional ingredients to small bite size pieces and set aside.
Mix eggs and cheese, then beat until combined.
Add butter to a frying pan and fry chopped ingredients. Tip: Ingredients are very
small so they will cook quickly. Make sure not to leave it in the pan for too long.
When ingredients are cooked, add the egg mixture over the top to form the layer
which gets cooked. Once the bottom layer is cooked, fold it over.
