Note–Permanent employees are
unable to decline services without
prior approval from their Manager
(except in cases where they are
concerned for their personal safety).
Remember, you may not be
automatically removed from service,
as your Coordinator may look to
address the concerns you have in
the first instance. This is why having
an initial discussion with your
Coordinator about any concerns you
may have with a customer is the first
step, as they may be able rectify any
issues or concerns.

Management System drives
continuous improvements to how
we govern and provide support
services to our customers and how
we support our workforce.
We actively encourage our staff
to provide ideas and feedback on
how we could do things better. To
provide feedback, please inform your
Coordinator. Together, we have an
opportunity to improve our services.
