A copy of the hazard, incident, critical

My JBC App). For some offices, the
mobile app has the ability to report on
hazards, incidents, critical incidents
and injuries. It is important to report
all incidents, hazards & injuries to your
local office in a timely manner.
Just Better Care has mandatory
reporting obligations under the
Serious Incident Response Scheme
(SIRS) for Aged Care, and the NDIS
Reportable Incidents Scheme. There
are also a range of other mandatory
reporting obligations, depending
on the type & severity of the critical
incident. Employees must report
critical incidents immediately to
their office (or via e-form/mobile app
process). This will enable the
Just Better Care offices to take
appropriate follow up action; and to
fulfil mandatory reporting obligations.
