Service can commence in the home and community once a Service Agreement is signed with Just Better Care. Your selected team of Community Support Professionals will take the time to get to know you, identifying the best ways to support you to live safely and confidently in your own home.
 Your Just Better Care Support Advisor will stay in regular contact to ensure you remain happy with your Care Plan, and to check if you feel you’re meeting your goals.

Once we understand your needs, we will always endeavour to find the right match of Just Better Care Community Support Professionals to provide the services you’ve chosen.
We have a wide variety of amazing staff
with different skills and some speak several languages. Once we’ve selected the team that best meets your needs we aim to keep the same people in place for you. We stay in contact to discuss how things are going, and if you wish for a change of staff then we’ll work towards finding the right person of your choice.
