 Service Delivery & Feedback
 The Just Better Care Service Management policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times when you are engaged to provide services to Just Better Care customers.
The level of flexibility in the services
to be delivered will be outlined in the customer’s care plan/support plan. If you are unsure what services you are meant to provide, always contact the Just Better Care office for clarification. Contractors must only carry out services they have been engaged
to perform within the scope of the agreement with Just Better Care.
If a customer asks you to complete tasks or provide services outside of the care plan/support plan or agreement, explain to the customer that you
have been engaged to carry out the
services specified and they must contact Just Better Care directly to discuss any changes to service plans. All services delivered must be safe for both you and the customer, while always maintaining Just Better Care procedures.
Reliability and Punctuality
Just Better Care will allocate and schedule services based on the dates and times you have committed to.
If for any reason you are unable to attend a service, you must advise Just Better Care immediately.
As the approved provider Just Better Care is responsible for ensuring third party services have been attended to and completed in line with the service plan.
