Discrimination, Bullying, Vilification, Harassment and Sexual Harassment Just Better Care is committed to providing, as far as reasonably practicable, an environment that is free from unlawful discrimination, bullying, vilification and any form
of harassment (including sexual harassment and aggressive or threatening behaviours).
Allegations of inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment and misconduct are taken very seriously. Any grievances and complaints of this nature should be reported and will be dealt with appropriately.
Contractors are expected to uphold the Just Better Care Sexual Harassment Policy at all times.
If anyone’s behaviour is concerning, intimidating or worrying you, please report concerns to Just Better Care.
If you are concerned for your safety during a service, please remove yourself from the situation.
You should leave the customers’ home as soon as safely possible should known risk factors indicate a possible aggressive or violent attack, or if danger is sensed, or you are uncomfortable with the situation, and contact Just Better Care immediately.
