Professional Behaviour and Code of Conduct
Just Better Care respects and supports the fundamental rights of all customers to continue living independently in their own home. We respect the rights of our customers to direct their own care, choose their own provider, the services they receive and the freedom for them to engage an advocate.
We respect the partnerships we have and the contractors we engage with. We practice ethical brokerage practices with our contractors and trust that you will not solicit, entice or approach customers to change their provider.
We expect contractors to uphold the Code of Conduct at all times including the Aged Care Code of Conduct, NDIS Code of Conduct and our Child Safe Code of Conduct (where relevant).
