Campaigns | “Home Care Packages Explained” Information Session
1) Planning the event: Find a suitable venue that holds the total amount of people you would like to attend. Make sure to factor in that the venue has a screen to display the HCP presentation and has proper accessibility, ie. parking for all attendees. Invite existing customers who can advocate about the great service they receive from your office and would be willing to attend and talk about it. Also, consider including a free morning tea as a part of the session to attract more potential clients to attend.
2) Promote your event: Promote the event to your community by posting social
posts to your Facebook page and even boosting the post to hit a wider demographic in your region. Local community groups in your area are a great way to attract more attendees as well as displaying posters on bulletin boards and even in your franchise office if you have a lot of foot traffic. During the RSVP process, link to a Microsoft form, where all attendees need to leave their details(name, phone number, email) in order to register their attendance. Using these details, you can send all attendees an eDM event reminder about the upcoming event.
