3) Event Day: During the event, you could start off introducing yourself and your office and then play an informative video about accessing Home Care Packages (the video includes background music and voice over audio so that you can have a break from presenting). At the conclusion of the video you can leave a space for the audience to ask questions and, if available, your customer advocates could talk about why they love
Just Better Care.
We recommend ending with a “leave behind” piece of collateral which has your offices contact details as well as basic information about your aged care offering. such as the DL Flyer and brochure pictured below.
4) Post Event: A few days after the event concludes, follow up with a post-event eDM to thank all the attendees for attending the event and include a request to call back link to organise a day/time suitable to them for more information about Home Care Packages or other Just Better Care services.
