Having an NDIS Plan is just the beginning – how
you manage it can make all the difference. NDIS Participants have four options available to them for the management of their Plan, including:
Option 1: Agency Managed: The NDIA holds the funds and providers make service bookings on the NDIS Portal to claim for services provided.
Option 2: Self Managed: You manage your own funds. This means you can receive invoices and pay them directly or you can pay the invoice and claim from the NDIS portal after you have paid.
Option 3: Plan Managed: Providers invoice the Plan Manager and the Plan Manager pays your invoices on your behalf, and;
Option 4: A combination of the above.
