— ensure all records are kept securely and confidentially
— receive invoices from you or your service providers
— pay your invoices in a timely manner
claim from and navigate the NDIS portal on your behalf
— provide monthly statements with a summary of expenditure and budget remaining
— pay your invoices to non-NDIS registered providers of your choice
— give you choice and control without the administration burden
— Charge you a monthly processing fee (as per the NDIS Price Guide) funded by the NDIA and payable from your Plan
