Just Better Care has many dedicated long-term staff. Here, we speak to one who remains as passionate about her work today as the day she started.

was adamant she wanted to repay Tracy’s kindness by paying for Tracy’s treats as well as
her own.
Despite Tracy declining such generosity, her customer was insistent. Tracy contacted her office, who advised that she could accept the heartfelt offer.
“She gave me the money to grab the coffee and cake for both of us, but the coins consisted of 5, 10 and 20 cent pieces.”
to tell her there wasn’t enough money, so I took care of it. The generosity of this lovely lady wanting to pay was a beautiful memory and something I will never forget.”
Drive to help others
This example is but one of a host of reasons why Tracy has amassed more than 30,000 hours of work since joining the Just Better Care team.
Tracy says on the day in question she had taken a customer out into their community, which always involved a morning or afternoon tea.
