Campaigns | “Home Care Packages Explained” Information Session
1) Planning the event: Find a suitable venue that holds the total amount of people you would like to attend. Make sure that the venue has a screen with sound to display the HCP presentation and has proper accessibility( ie. parking and wheelchair accessibility). You could invite existing customers who can advocate about the great service they receive from your office. If your budget allows, consider including a free morning tea as a part of the session to attract more potential clients to attend.
2) Promote your event: Broadcast your invite on your Facebook page and consider paid boosting to hit a wider demographic in your region. Local community groups in your area are a great way to attract more attendees as well as displaying posters on bulletin boards and even in your franchise office if you have a lot of foot traffic. The advert will feature a Microsoft form link, where all attendees leave their details (name, phone number, email) in order to register their attendance. Using these details, you can send all attendees an eDM event reminder about the upcoming event.
