Frequently Asked Questions
Is the My JBC App secure?
Yes, the My JBC App is always kept up to date
with regular app updates on the Apple &
Android app stores, all data is stored in a ecure
and encrypted environment.
Can I add appointments/events to my loved
one’s schedule?
Yes, you can. The My Scheduler can include
both Just Better Care scheduled visits as well
as function just like your calendar with other
appointments.
Can the My JBC App run on my phone? What
phones are supported?
My JBC App supports Apple iPhones versions 6s
and above and Android 7 and above.
Who can access my information on the app?
Only those that you have given us your
permission to add or you have personally invited
via onto the app will have visibility of your
information on the app.
Who can add additional family members?
Family members, who have been designated as
the next of kin have the ability to, also add
additional family members.
What does adding a family member mean?
In the My JBC App, family members who have
been designated as next of kin see an extra
button, which allows them to create accounts
for family members who can then log in to the
My JBC App.
How much notice is required if I request a
change to visit via the app?
You will only be able to request changes to visits
48hrs, or longer, in advance. Any requested
changes or cancellations will appear in a
pending status until confirmed by the
Just Better Care office.
