Accountability & reputation
We believe increased industry scrutiny and provider accountability in the
aged care and disability sector coupled with increased consumer choice is an opportunity for Just Better Care. Therefore we must focus on delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience and embrace any opportunities to improve.
We must all ensure that our business operating system can stand up to all levels of scrutiny, and support our franchisees to vigorously and continuously review their use of the business operating system and the quality of the services they deliver. This will be a critical means of protecting our customers, staff and business.
Growth
We believe with the open market, the NDIS and an ageing population, more opportunities across community care will emerge. Therefore we must increase brand awareness in an increasingly competitive market, expand our network geographically, and support existing franchisees to grow sustainable and successful businesses.
