• Mr. Parker - Firstly, I want to start by saying a big well-

done this year. There has been the odd spot where
motivation has dipped, but overall, I am very impressed.
What Mr. Coates and I will be doing in the holidays is to set

one task per week – a checkpoint to be exact. Now, my
suggestion would be to do a little revision around each one

before taking part and you will have a pass mark on each
one! This way we will recover the entire year again before
moving onto year 13 in September – if you hit an area you

are unsure of, drop us a message on teams so we can set
some lessons on the content to support you.

• Mr Coates - This term we have finished looking at how

skills are learnt and the psychology behind what makes a
good team.

• Understanding how the use of psychology can influence
the learning of skills is an important part of the syllabus.
