1. Growing into leadership begins with Self-leadership–

which starts with discovering and nurturing the inner
drive that will spur you to seemingly impossible

achievements.

2. Passion does not equal success. You can be

passionate about something, but it doesn’t mean you

will automatically be successful. Allow your passion to
drive your actions... Be intentional, be proactive, be

thorough, execute, follow through, reflect, and repeat!

3. Remember that everything you experienced in life is

preparation for your purpose... Learn the lesson and

grow from it! Make every opportunity count!
