Observation is a fundamental research

skill, observation requires attentive look-

ing and systemic recording of phenomena

-including poeple, artifacts, enviroments,

events, behaviors and interactions.
METHOD 5: Fly-on-wall observation

This would be structured based on the

cognitive worksheets. I will document

each step in the enviroment. This will be

documented using notes, maps, sketches,

and photography.
