Client
Eric Sickeles is the Director of Communications and Digital Strategy
at the Undegraduate Office of Communications.
After several attempts to update the digital way-finding system in Taylor Hall, Eric
Sickles sought out my Ux expertise to improve the system. He wanted to improve
the experience of students throught User Interface research. Mr. Sickles ex-
plained that although they have changed the design of the wayfinding system, it
still had many issues for users. He wanted the system to pulls in users and create
a positive navigational experience at Taylor Hall.
