Introduction
Feeling anxious about managing food allergies in different situations is common. We all know how serious allergic reactions can be and want to do everything to avoid them such as making sure what we eat is safe.
The good news is that food allergies are manageable and people can live happy, productive, and fulfilling lives. While it’s important to recognize our fears and worries, it is equally important to keep risk in perspective, address them directly and understand how large the risk really is.
