anything you would do differently. At the same time, it is also important to recognize what you did right. Maybe you took all the precautions you should have and the reaction happened due to something outside of your control. Maybe you did a really good job staying calm. Maybe you were good at communicating the fact that you were having a reaction. Maybe you gave yourself the auto-injector. Recognizing what you did well, and what you could do differently, will help you approach future situations.
Once you have taken time to think through the situation, and maybe talk it out with people you trust or an allergist, it is important not to dwell on it. Start moving forward with normal activities and your regular routine. And, with a bit of time, you will feel like yourself again.
