ZAZA PRINCIPALS
Jeff Records is Chairman & CEO of MidFirst Bank, headquartered in Oklahoma City. MidFirst lends nationally on commercial
and residential real estate, and provides commercial, industrial and private banking, primarily in the Western United
States. He is a principal and co-founder of Snowmass Creek Capital, ZaZa Hotels, Hunter Roberts Construction NYC, UAG
Construction Group NYC and the Oklahoma City Thunder. In addition, Jeff is on the boards of Claremont McKenna College
’81, Dean McGee Eye Institute and the OKC Museum of Art. Jeff and his wife Marisa have three young children.
Charles (Charlie) Givens and his Oklahoma City based investment company specialize in the design, construction,
management and marketing of mixed-use projects of offices, shopping centers and residential condominiums. He is a native
Oklahoman and after a brief stint at the University of Oklahoma, he began work in the construction business at the age of
twenty. He started buying properties and handling the remodeling work himself, completing his first apartment project at
twenty-one. He and his wife Laurie have five children and are active in several charitable and civic associations including
the Oklahoma Medical Research Center, Lyric Theater, Westminster Presbyterian Church, Casady School, and OKC Museum
of Art to name just a few.
