Brain,super-advanced supercomputer
The brain, the central organ of the
human nervous system that
together with the spinal cord,
forms the central nervous system
of the brain. Scientists say a
second's brain work equals the
work of millions of
supercomputers in a few hours.
The brain integrates and coordinates the information it
receives from sensory organs and then processes, integrates
and coordinates, and ultimately decides on the instructions
sent to the rest of the body.
The brain consists of the brain, brainstem,
and cerebellum. The brain controls most of
the body's activities, such as processing,
integrating, and coordinating information
received from sensory organs, and makes
decisions by sending instructions to other
parts of the body.
The structure of the living brain is very soft and jelly-
like and the weight of an adult brain averages about 1/2
to 4.1 kg, i.e. approximately 2% of the total body
weight. Brain volume is about 1260 in men and about
. 1130 cubic centimeters in women
In each hemisphere of the brain, there are two
deep grooves, one lateral groove or silvin groove
and the other central groove or rosary groove,
which divides each hemisphere into four parts:
the forehead, the parietal, the occasional gag,
Contents
and the occiput.
