          RARE SOCLE DRAGON EN BRONZE DORE
          CHINE, DYNASTIE QING (1644-1911)
          Il  est  formé  par  deux  dragons  féroces  à  cinq  griffes  entremêlés,  au  corps
          sinueux recouvert d'écailles finement sculptées, tenant chacun la perle sacrée.

          Compare to a pair of imperial gilt-bronze entwined dragon crystal balls stands,
          dated 17th-18th century, published in Sidney L. Moss Ltd., The Second Bronze
          Age, Later Chinese Metalwork, London,1991, no. 15.
