AND WHITE BALUSTER VASES, YENYEN
Kangxi, the enamels 19th century
Each elegantly potted vessel with moulded
lappet panels enclosing landscape scenes
and pastoral idylls, the foot, shoulder and
mouth rim with cross hatched borders, the
entire vase ‘clobbered’ with green, red, yellow
and pink enamels, the bases with artemisia
leaf motifs.
