               A RARE CELADON JADE SWORD
               POMMEL
               WESTERN HAN DYNASTY (206 BC-AD 8)
               The circular pommel is carved and incised to the centre
               with a raised whorl motif surrounded by a band of comma
               spirals, and further enclosed below four scroll-form flanges.
               The underside is carved with a central channel.

               POMMEL
               WARRING STATES PERIOD (475-221 BC)
               The sword pommel is carved to the the center with a raised
               medallion carved with a stylised dragon motif surrounded
               by a band of further scrolling dragon with interlinking
               coiling bodies. It is carved to the underside with a circular
               channel.
