The first an 18th/19th century cut and uncut blue silk velvet panel AN EMBROIDERED BLUE SATIN DRAGON ROBE FOR A
constructed with two sections joined at the center, finely woven YOUNG PRINCE
with dragon roundels surrounded by lingzhi head-formed lozenge Qing dynasty, 19thy century
patterns between borders of flower vases and auspicious emblems; Lavishly embroidered in couched gold thread with some details in
the second a brocade panel woven in gold and various blue shades green, black and white silk floss, depicting eight dragons pursuing
with dragons and cloud scrolls; the third an eighth civil rank badge flaming pearls amongst cloud scrolls and the Buddhist Emblems
for the back of a robe from the late Qing dynasty, embroidered in above terrestrial diagrams emerging from billowing waves and a linshui
couched gold and silver threads depicting a quail facing the sun; border separated by ruyi-shaped clouds, the collar band and horse-
together with a small silk kesi panel woven with immortal figures with hoof cuffs similarly decorated on a black ground, with pleated sleeve
painted details. [4] extensions (lacking lining, wear, loose threads).
