                  BOTTLE VASE
                  KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
                  The vase has a compressed globular body surmounted by a
                  broad cylindrical neck and is decorated with an overall design
                  of dense foliate scroll between a narrow band of swirls above
                  the foot and a band containing an apocryphal Xuande mark in
                  a line at the mouth.
