A GREEN-GLAZED JAR
Tang Dynasty
The beige pottery body smoothly turned rising
from a slightly flaring base and glazed a rich
green over the everted rim and down two-
thirds of the exterior, the interior with a pale
greenish speckled glaze, wood stand and
box. 23cm (9in) diam. (3).

The bovine modelled with a large head and
standing four-square, the yellow, cream and
green lead glaze covering the entirety of the
moulded body, with an integral base. 15cm
