A Chinese blue and white ‘lotus’ pear-shaped vase, yuhuchun
of a classic ‘yuhuchun’ form, supported on a slightly splayed foot
rising to a generously rounded lower body tapering elegantly to
the waisted neck before flaring at the wide trumpet mouth, the
body painted with scrolling stem and large flower heads, all
enclosed between bands of petal panels.

iron-brown with three identical marks.
