ℓ 䌱 baluster jar between its wings, a lotus sprig grasped in its beak,
ᶾ 晽 the blossoming leafy stem falling gently against the bird’s neck œŢŭűũġŎįġńũŢŪŵġňŢŭŭŦųŪŦŴ炻䲸䲬炻IJĺĹij⸜Ķ㚰ķ㖍
䲨ġġġ ⣑ and chest, the wings pressed against the body and carved in an ἃ伭ΐ㕗ġĩIJĺijıĮijıIJĹĪġ⍲崓ỗ䈡ġĩIJĺIJĸĮijıIJķĪɀ㫸暚
暆 archaistic manner with a coiled kuilong at each shoulder, the ằ⃟㓞啷炻䶐嘇ĴĺĹ
味 jar repeating the motif with an angular kuilong-form handle, the
䒞 bird’s legs and exaggerated curling plumage modeled as the
openwork conforming foot, the domed cover with a cockerel-
form Þ nial, the stone a pale celadon color with faint russet
passages and transmuting to dappled gray at the lower plumage
