A SMALL CLOISONNe ENAMEL WATER POT
LATE MING DYNASTY, 17TH CENTURY
The waterpot of domed shape rises to a gilt rim. It is enamelled with
four lotus blooms that are picked out in red, white, yellow and blue
and separated by undulating leafy scrolls, all on a turquoise ground.
