an aneroid barometer, mercury thermometer, compass and
further timepiece dial in a cylindrical bollard which is rotated
by an automaton movement concealed within the capstan
base, decorated with floral polychrome enamel and with
nautical mounts including anchors and davits, on a circular
onyx plinth, wood stand
